Does Furtrieve need to be charged? How does this work?
Yes. Furtrieve does need to be charged and the battery can last from 3-7 days.
Does Furtrieve work anywhere in the world?
Furtrieve currently works in the United States, Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean and a few other countries. We have global coverage capability. If you take your pet traveling, we’ll need to know to enable that coverage.
Is there a monthly fee for the Furtrieve Device?
Because Furtrieve is a cell phone, there is a cost with keeping it in service. We’ve been able to negotiate a very low price of $10 a month. If you’d like to purchase more than one year of service, select it in the drop-down menu in the store. Prices vary depending on the package you select.
Is there a return policy for Furtrieve?
Yes! You can receive a full refund for your item with 60 days of its delivery date. Check our link at the bottom of the page for more details.
How many Crowd-Notify contacts can I preprogram?
You can add up to 10 contacts. We recommend choosing family members, neighbors, or friends.

Can I purchase a device without purchasing a collar?
You can, but it’s not recommended. Furtrieve requires a thinner collar to attach. A lot of collars will work, but some may not. The opening is 1 inch wide and 4 mm thick.
